I am fascinated by the mechanisms and behaviors that allow fishes to thrive. My PhD research focused on the strategies fishes employ during predator-prey interactions and how they effect the outcome of a predation interaction. As a Post-doc I am investigating propulsion and the schooling behaviors of fishes.
